There isn’t any such factor as a “good journey”. It doesn’t matter what, everybody will expertise some form of error or make some form of mistake throughout their travels… it is simply the way in which it goes, you gotta roll with the punches! That being mentioned, listed below are 10 of our most typical Journey Errors that we wish to share with you guys, so you possibly can keep away from making them too. 🙂

Big travel mistake: travelling with the wrong people lol
Waooo very good idea😍😍😍😍
Here in the Philippines. Most people usually take advantage when they see a foreigner by overpricing them. For instance like the ones mentioned in the video. Cab fares, meals, other fees. etc. though i'm not saying that majority of Filipinos do this, it's just the type of people who are desperate of earning more since they see foreigners as "Rich People." So you really have to be mindful when negotiating.
So sorry for your loss, you really GAVE, Loved, Helped so many!
I want justis for just one night or day!
We love the fun you guys have while filming these vids. 😉
Great Video. Thank you for posting.
I would do anything in this world to meet, travel and party with you guys!
You guys are the best. My recent Thailand trip(first trip abroad) was extremely amazing because i followed you guys!
Lots of respect and love from India… !
Well i wasted a whole day on my arrival in Hong Kong because i was too early, Plane landed around 6am and the hotel checkin was around 2pm. Lession learned: Look up if you can store your luggage somewhere beforehands and enjoy your day instead of waiting around 6-8 hours
Trying too much street food. Enough to get stomachache during the trip
Hah the taxi price one, thats a good one to point out. My parents know their travel and growing up ive watched them pulling over multiple taxis to barter the best price lmao. Im such a good barterer and YES not being cheap to others abroad who probably need it more than you is such an important rule! takes maturity to notice this. also glad my parents very clearly verbally pointed that out to me young. good vid guys <3
the cheap man pays twice!
This is golden advice 🙏🏻
Brilliant tips. Why don't you guys post more often?
"bartering" means trading goods or services for other goods or services, without the exchange of money. I think you mean "bargaining" (haggling for a lower price).
The irony is real
Never assume all Italian trains run after 5 PM on a Sunday……doh!
You gotta let it roll and enjoy the adventure!
Astonishing video, thank you guys!! <3
I love you guys so much! I cannot tell you guys how you have influenced me in my life. I have traveled three countries solo now. You guys gave me the inspiration to travel and I have not looked back. I would have never heard of Somoto Canyon in Nicaragua. I would never have thought it could be possible to do these types of things. Since watching High on Life Videos for the past few years. I have gone on two cross country roadtrips to Burning Man, left for Costa Rica, Nicaragua (also hopped the border to Hondorus like you guys did :D) and also Colombia. Now in two weeks I leave for Europe. Bucharest Romania to be specific. I wish I could give back to you what you have given to me. I love you guys! I hope to meet you guys one day! Thank you! God Bless
07. Packing too much. Hell yeah, I did that when backpacking across Europe and it was the dumbest thing I could have done, my back is still mad with me about it.
y'all so inspiring haha
i wish can get in your group for travelling ! its hard to find mate for travelling for me.
I'm 17 and want to take a gap year before uni , how do I start with organising everything and how to do it?? Like there are lots of companies but then they take away from the spontaneity like you said. Please help !!!!
I don't think planning or not planning is a mistake in either way; I feel to each their own. They should travel the way they feel suits them best as long as they keep an open mind to changes and things that come along the way 🙂
thats the kind of backpackers im avoiding in hostels
hope u guys will be back soon.. waiting for your videos
Other mistake: desecrating a USNP #Yellowstone #prison…
Are you guys out yet? please post update
I like the name 👏🏻 awesome thanks for the tips!!!
Be wise when carrying money or its equivalent. Back in 1981 I was travelling solo standing in a packed train from Pisa to Florence with my book of Traveller's Cheques in my front trouser pocket. After arriving at Florence, I discovered that I had lost everything after falling victim to a pickpocket. That happened on a Friday evening, and I had literally nothing until the following Monday morning when I was refunded by a city bank. These days it's wise to use a fanny pack, a bag strapped around your waist and hidden under a shirt.
It's not so much a mistake as it is some advice. If you want to have a unique food experience, get away from the tourists. I remember a few times going to some places in the cities of South Korea, down backstreets to find real food and real culture.
I'm going on a 18 month vacation in a couple of months and started watching your channel for inspiration! You seem like a great group of guys with a lot of great tips!
Hey I was curious how do you guys go about using your phones abroad? like in terms of things such as calling, texting, as well as social media.
I have just found you guys, have subscribed and I can't stop watching ☺️ how many in ur group.
Thanks for informing new travelers about cultural sensitivities.
One of the biggest social advantages of traveling is that it creates cultural understanding, so that behaving like a jackass will only keep up the eternal cultural stereotypes….
touching people or their belongings in different ways in different countries is a big mistake…like in Thailand I learned that not to touch people's head.
watching you guys traveling makes me want to start traveling again
awesome advice guys!! Thanks
in my opinion no having enough money
Oh god although you've told me not to overpack, I'm probably going to end up doing just that …
change the money in the street!
Great video! Thank you mucho. Traveling has alwys been a Dream of mine and i do always get trapped in the misconception that its out of reach…. Thanks for the reawakening
I think, one great "mistake" that people who document their travels (especially bloggers) is that they visualize how to film the location in ways that they know would appeal to an audience. At some point, you realize that the important moment for you during your trip might not be the most appealing footage you'd show on your video / photos. I don't think it's a mistake but, I think the audience tend to over expect that once they go somewhere, what they see in documentaries are the greatest part of the journey. When, actually, there will be a lot of small moments that truly count more than just the view. 🙂
